In addition to providing our customers ‘Managed Services’ as one of our offerings as ”delivering an outcome” based model, we also help them with ‘Skill Augmentation” as another service as a “input of human resources” based model.  Under this Skill Augmentation. This way we offer our customers a flexible resource loading model into their engagements, which would prove to be cost effective, not having to worry about keeping the resources idle.
